The terms that apply when ScaleFrames provides its services.
Agreement and order
These terms, the order summary you approve and any separately signed agreement govern the services. If they conflict, the signed order or agreement controls.
Products and recurring pricing
Products in the cart are recurring monthly services. Prices are shown for the selected market and exclude VAT/IVA where applicable. The Custom website has a 12-month minimum term; other contract and cancellation periods are stated in the order or signed agreement.
Payment method and activation
Confirming an online order securely stores your payment method but does not charge it that day. You authorise ScaleFrames to start recurring billing when delivery is activated. For the Custom website, billing starts only when the site is live and approved under the agreed scope.
Delivery and approvals
Delivery targets begin after the onboarding form, access and required material have been received. Targets are estimates, not guarantees. Delays in feedback, access or approvals may move the delivery date.
Billing, tax and failed payments
Invoices recur monthly after activation. Applicable tax is added where required. Failed payments may pause delivery after reasonable notice. Stripe processes payment details; ScaleFrames does not store full card numbers.
Changes and cancellation
Changes outside the agreed scope require written approval and may affect price or timing. Cancellation and any minimum term follow the order or signed agreement.
No performance guarantees
ScaleFrames does not guarantee search rankings, AI placement, enquiries, jobs, reviews or revenue. Results pages publish only approved claims backed by retained evidence.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, timely approvals, lawful access and the rights to all images, trademarks and content you supply. You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of your business claims.
Third-party services
Delivery may depend on services such as domains, hosting, Google, AI providers, telephony and payment processors. Their availability and terms are outside ScaleFrames’ direct control.
Intellectual property and liability
Ownership and licences follow the signed order. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as stated in the signed agreement; mandatory consumer or statutory rights are not excluded.
